Video: In U.N. address on terror threat, Obama channels Bush

It’s not the first time, Barack Obama reversed himself on an issue or mimicked his much-despised (by him) predecessor. As a U.S. Senator, Obama was critical of raising the debt ceiling and the use of executive orders by the president. I’m sure I don’t need to tell you how many times the current occupant of the Oval Office has raised the debt limit, nor do I need to remind you of how absurdly far he has extended the notion of presidential authority.

In any case, it should come as no surprise that Obama’s recent address to the United Nations on terrorism not only represents a 180 from his previous position but takes another page out of the George W. Bush playbook.
