After Wednesday’s debate, former Vice Pres. Joe Biden followed up his claim that he was still the national front-runner according to an NBC poll by further emphasizing how indispensable he is. A video of his remarks below is followed by a transcript:

We’re gonna be able to win in—. I think I can help candidates win for the Senate in North Carolina, in Arizona, clearly in Pennsylvania, and in Michigan, and states we have to win. I’m ahead of Trump by 9 points in those states, and I can’t imagine all those front-line folks [garble] in purple districts. … [Emphasis added]

Maybe not so clearly. As the map shows, there is no Senate race in Pennsylvania this year.
