VIDEO: Palestinian father sends his toddler to face down Israeli soldiers

We’ve covered Gay Pride Month. Now for a little Palestinian Pride Month.

What follows is a deeply disturbing video. In it, a Palestinian farther urges his toddler son forward to confront members of an Israel Defense Force patrol, commanding the child to wave the Palestinian flag he is holding. As the boy walks timidly and uncertainly forward, the father challenges the troops to shoot the boy down. Instead, one of the armed soldiers reaches out his right hand in a sign of friendship and trust.

Undaunted, the father next orders the boy to throw stones at the troops. The boy complies, but, being young, he is unable to hurl the rocks with much force or accuracy, and the soldiers ignore him.

Unhappily, this child will likely grow up with to develop the same blind hatred and prejudices toward Israelis and Jews that animate the father, not to mention American members of Congress such as Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib.
