You can’t spell ‘Hilliary’ without ‘liar’

You can’t spell ‘Hilliary’ without ‘liar’

It was on a ballot in Arkansas, of all places — the state of which Hillary Clinton was first lady once upon time.

According to NBC News, an unidentified voter who called the mistake to the network’s attention is convinced state officials purposely misspelled Mrs. Clinton’s name by adding a second “I” after the double “L.”

The result? As you can see for yourself in the video that follows, the Democratic nominee’s name takes on a new — and perhaps more accurate — meaning in a solidly red state: Hil-liar-y.

How big a liar is Hilliary in the eyes of the electorate? An ABC News poll released on Wednesday answers the question graphically:

It’s not all that reassuring to know that the next commander-in-chief could be considered honest and trustworthy by only a little more than a third of the country.
