When the Affordable Care Act was first signed into law, the president boasted that the 25 (or 40) million Americans who lacked health insurance would now have coverage.

Three years later, a slew of Americans still lack coverage — and so, this week, did Wrigley Field in the president’s hometown of Chicago. This video, from station WFLD, explains:
