Cop says because Obama doesn’t follow Constitution, he doesn’t have to either (Video)
A video posted Monday depicting a confrontation between an animal rights activist and a New Jersey police officer has gone viral. When activist Steve Wronko confronts a Helmetta police officer with a list of constitutional violations committed by the department, he’s told that he doesn’t have to follow the Constitution because President Obama doesn’t.
“I’ve made you objections [sic] about what’s going on at the shelter over there,” Wronko told the officer, according to Breitbart News. “My First and Fourth Amendment rights were violated. My civil rights were violated…”
That’s when the police officer made his bombshell statement.
“Obama just decimated the freakin’ Constitution, so I don’t give a damn,” he replied. “If he doesn’t follow the Constitution, we don’t have to.”
Wow! Who would have guessed that unconstitutional activity was contagious? Is it airborne? Or maybe it’s just a case of “monkey see, monkey do.”
