It’s not even an attack on contraception, since, as LU’s resident legal scholar Hans Bader explains, the ruling in Burwell v. Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., absolves religious business owners only from having to provide employee coverage for abortifacients. All other contraceptives must be covered.
