Nifty new WH webpage SURE to grab Millennials

Nifty new WH webpage SURE to grab Millennials

It was bound to happen eventually. Naturally along the way there were false starts (including Pajama Boy), but the White House has finally devised a webpage that is certain to change the tide on enrollment (h/t Reason).

Behold: The 16 Sweetest Reasons to Get Covered.

Not only does it have a nifty youthful appeal followers of the Big East Basketball Tourney, which is currently underway, but you get to “vote for your favorite reason (and GIF) to get covered.” From the page:

As millions of Americans scramble to fill out their March Madness brackets, we’ve got another big milestone coming up: the March 31st deadline to sign up for health insurance. If you need affordable coverage, head over to HealthCare.gov and #GetCoveredNow. If you’ve got insurance, help spread the word by voting for your favorite reason to get covered.

There’s even a video featuring two legendary college basketball coaches, Roy Williams and Geno Auriemma, who are probably as clueless about why they have been asked to do this as the White House is over why it asked them.

Has Obama finally lost it? Sure looks that way.
