So this is how civility looks! Hurricane Irma is already in the record books as one of the most powerful Atlantic hurricanes ever, and hasn’t yet reached Florida. The Category 5 hurricane has sustained winds of 180 miles per hour.
Irma is anticipated to hit with such force that Miami-Dade is planning first major evacuation in 12 years ahead of it.
You’d think that Americans would be sending out prayers to those in the hurricane’s likely path. Yet some have taken to Twitter with a different type of message.
