RFK, Jr., gets a little ‘handsy’ after being questioned on global warming (Video)

Reporter Michelle Fields of PJTV ran into Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at the “People’s Climate March” in Times Square and asked him some pressing questions about climate change. When she tried to pull the microphone away so she could speak at one point, Kennedy physically grabbed it and finished his statement.

Fields posted the video to Twitter and described it this way: “Robert F. Kennedy gets handsy with me.”

The YouTube description reads:

Michelle Fields ran into Robert F. Kennedy Jr. at the ‘People’s Climate March’ in NYC. The two had a testy exchange and RFK Jr. revealed his climate rage when Michelle suggested his carbon footprint made him a hypocrite. See what happens when Michelle confronts him.

(“Junior” was not the only protester in attendance to lapse into a fit of climate rage. Weasel Zippers had a video several days ago featuring a charming fellow in a tank top, who told a reporter that his method for dealing with people “f**king over the environment” was to burn their house down.)

Watch the clip of JFK, Jr., below (you’ll have to wade through 3:06 of incessant finger pointing and numerous mentions of the evil Koch brothers):

Joe Saunders at BizPac Review writes, “Considering Fields is an attractive woman, Kennedy is a Kennedy, and someone got “handsy,” it could have been worse.

He added, “Fields came out of it both fully dressed and fully alive, which isn’t always easy for a woman in a situation like that.”

Ouch.

Yesterday, Climate Depot reported that Kennedy wanted global warming skeptics to serve jail time for their heresy.

Environmental activist Robert F. Kennedy Jr. lamented that there were no current laws on the books to punish global warming skeptics. “I wish there were a law you could punish them with. I don’t think there is a law that you can punish those politicians under,” Kennedy told Climate Depot in a one-on-one interview during the People’s Climate March. The interview was conducted for the upcoming documentary Climate Hustle.

Kennedy Jr. accused skeptical politicians of “selling out the public trust.” “Those guys are doing the Koch Brothers bidding and are against all the evidence of the rational mind, saying global warming does not exit. They are contemptible human beings. I wish there were a law you could punish them with. I don’t think there is a law that you can punish those politicians under.”

Kennedy saved his most venomous comments for the Koch Brothers, accusing them of “treason” for “polluting our atmosphere.”

Meanwhile, in Times Square, Kennedy and his fellow lovers of the planet were leaving piles of non-recyclable trash for city officials to deal with.

Kennedy, is a long-time environmental activist and has played a significant role in Governor Andrew Cuomo’s failure to commit to fracking in New York state. That indecision is something that is forcing businesses to leave and costing thousands of people their jobs. Kennedy’s sister is Cuomo’s ex-wife.
