Schlitterbahn Waterparks and Resorts in Kansas City claim that their Verrückt water slide is taller than Niagara Falls, over 170 feet high. It opens to the public this summer.

If you are not keen on heights (or if you are a daredevil), the Telegraph compiled a slideshow of some attractions that are not for the faint of heart.
