This comes courtesy of Jon Gabriel, an editor over at Ricochet, who devised a chart that will help up-and-coming journalists how to frame a crime story depending on the nature of the crime (shooting, terror attack, some other violent act), the attacker, and the victim. Advises Gabriel, “Remember that the job of the Objective Journalist™ is not to tell the audience what happened, but to expand the event into an indictment of Western culture.”
