The monster who killed a young woman who arrived in America from her war-torn nation has broken his silence, and his excuse for what happened should infuriate any reasonable person.
23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska was brutally murdered last month by a low-life thug in Charlotte, North Carolina, who had no business walking free to begin with. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department revealed Zarutska suffered multiple stab wounds and was pronounced dead at the East/West Boulevard light rail station at 10 P.M. ET on August 22.
