If there was ever any doubt the ‘protests’ were violent, this erases it

You may as well add Black Lives Matter to the list of things that are violent that the liberal media and Democrats have been choosing to ignore since the death of George Floyd.

The latest display of what Joe Biden characterized over the weekend as a “peaceful protest” took place in Washington, D.C., on the first street in the nation to carry the “Black Lives Matter” slogan in outsize yellow letters. The speaker, who is a member of the self-avowed Marxist group, delivers a rash of obscene threats against police, the president, and members of Congress. Threatening the president is a federal felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871, which also specifies the penalty for committing this crime. According to the statute, “knowingly and willfully mailing or otherwise making any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the president of the United States … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.”

Threatening other officials is a Class C or D felony, usually carrying maximum penalties of 5 or 10 years under 18 U.S.C. § 87518 U.S.C. § 876 and other statutes, that is investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The speaker also appears to admit to having “busted police in the head in New York.” If law enforcement cares to investigate the claim, they might start by learning the speaker’s whereabouts on July 16, when four NYPD officers were injured by “peaceful protesters” along with Chief of Department Terence Monahan, who was struck in the head.

Don’t hold your breath waiting for the law to be enforced, however. (Warning: Graphic language)
