VIDEO: Possibly the most coherent thing Joe Biden has said in years

Joe Biden, as you know, is a stickler for social distancing. Except when he’s not. In this video, for example, shot at McGregor Industries, a metal works facility in Dunmore, Pa., he violates the 6-foot rule despite wearing a mask. Notice that he walks and stands uncomfortably close to the man in the blue-striped tie.

But the most compelling feature of the video is Biden’s message, which is one of the clearest he has delivered this campaign season.
