From all outward indications, Joe Biden still believes that Obamacare is the way to go when it comes to providing health insurance for Americans. Last July, he vowed to restore the law’s individual mandate penalty for those uninsured, and in a video on his campaign website, he vows to protect and build on Obamacare:
But the former vice president seemed to espouse a very different view of the Affordable Health Care law at a town hall over the weekend. Have a look:
