Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin, who still insists on labeling herself as a “conservative,” amped up the violent rhetoric this weekend by suggesting the Republican Party needs to be “burned down” until there are no “survivors.”
Rubin, whose very title signifies “fake news” at the Post, made the comments in an appearance on Sunday’s AM Joy on MSNBC.
Naturally, the unhinged argument came about in the midst of a conversation regarding former White House press secretary Sarah Sanders, whom Rubin has held an unhealthy amount of jealousy toward for some time.

People who come from the Trump administration like Sanders, she asserts, need to be made an example of. “It’s not only that Trump has to lose, but that all his enablers have to lose. We have to collectively, in essence, burn down the Republican party,” Rubin ranted, adding:

Rubin’s bitter hag shtick has been old and tired for some time, but the Washington Post shares some blame. They have become the very definition of fake news by continually allowing her to be advertised as a conservative when she most clearly is not. Some might say she’s just an anti-Trump conservative, to which we’d point out that, no, she is most clearly a far-left kook.
In the same segment, Rubin goes on to cheer on Democrat victory in 2020.

Rubin’s inane cheerleading for the Left and vile rhetoric aimed at Trump officials isn’t a new phenomenon. Last year, she applauded Elizabeth Warren’s attempt to “prove” that she was an American Indian as a brilliant move.
Soon after she endorsed a wild conspiracy theory that President Trump planned to “resign the presidency ten minutes before Mike Pence leaves office, allowing Pence to pardon him if there is not a Republican president to follow him.”
And of course, she called on violent liberals to attack Sanders for the rest of her life for her role in promoting the Trump administration.
“Sarah Huckabee has no right to live a life of no fuss, no muss, after lying to the press — after inciting against the press,” Rubin alleged. “These people should be made uncomfortable, and, I think that’s a life sentence frankly.”
Imagine being this hateful just because your entire career is predicated on a lie at the behest of serving as a lapdog for the mainstream media.
