Elijah Cummings isn’t the only member of Congress representing a district with an infestation of vermin. There are probably a great many. But one in particular is worth nothing because, like Cummings, this Congress member is hypercritical of the situation at the border. So much so that she went down there and staged a video of her weeping over the inhumanity (she was actually looking at parked cars) and conjured up the myth that detainees were being forced to drink out of toilets.
Yes, while Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez warns about the cruelty the Trump administration is visiting on migrant children, youngsters in her own community are dealing with some pretty inhuman conditions. Watch:
