Channeling Biden, ‘View’ co-host asks why hasn’t someone taken Trump ‘out back,’ ‘kicked his butt’

In case you missed it, former Vice President Joe “This Is a Big F*cking Deal” Biden was back on the soapbox this week crusading on behalf of a cause he knows well: treating women with respect. He knows it well because in his capacity as picture poser in chief for eight years, he was captured so often creeping out women and girls by inappropriately touching, fondling, and kissing them that in November 2017 a New York Times reporter called on Twitter to censor photos of the veep-as-creep.

On Tuesday the lecherous septugenarian took time out from his nonexistent schedule to school the current president on how to treat a lady. For the occasion Biden, who has admonished Donald Trump before on how a president should speak and act, behaved not only hypocritically in light of his touchy-feely history but as a would-be bully, telling “students at the University of Miami that he probably would have ‘beat the hell out’ of Trump if they’d attended school together.”

“A guy who ended up becoming our national leader said, ‘I can grab a woman anywhere and she likes it,’” Biden said. “They asked me if I’d like to debate this gentleman, and I said ‘no.’ I said, ‘If we were in high school, I’d take him behind the gym and beat the hell out of him.’”

“I’ve been in a lot of locker rooms my whole life,” Biden continued. “I’m a pretty damn good athlete. Any guy that talked that way was usually the fattest, ugliest S.O.B. in the room.”

The embarrassing performance set the stage for an equally brilliant and thoughtful discussion on Thursday’s “The View,” initiated by co-host Sonny Hostin, who asked rhetorically, “Why hasn’t anybody taken [Trump] out back and kicked his little butt?”

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Writing at Conservative Firing Line, frequent LU contributor Joe Newby tells what transpired next:

[Hostin’s] fellow co-hosts didn’t seem to be very amused by her question, even though the audience seemed to love it.

Meghan McCain responded: “He has Secret Service! He’s the president of the United States. You want somebody to take him out back and beat the crap out of him?!? That’s not reality!”

Joy Behar, who recently apologized after attacking Vice President Mike Pence’s Christianity, pleaded with Hostin to say she really didn’t mean to advocate violence against Trump.

“Say, ‘I didn’t mean it,’” she told Hostin.

Hostin, however, stood by her comment: “I mean, I wish somebody would stand up to the President!”

Even Whoopi Goldberg tried to get Hostin to back down.

“Here’s what’s going to happen to your behind: The Secret Service is going to call you,” she said.

But Hostin stubbornly stood her ground, forcing Goldberg (who evidently has seniority) to pull the plug on the segment.

For now, anyway.

Increasingly, the Left, which claims to be the voice of tolerance and civility, has become shrill and even profane as the Trump era progresses. No doubt they will have nothing but praise for their youngest hero, upstart David Hogg, who in his latest video tirade called the NRA “pathetic f*ckers that want to keep killing our children.”
