A former contestant on NBC’s “The Apprentice” who once accused  Donald Trump of “unwanted sexual touching” is now asking for the presidential campaign’s documents on similar accusations, according to a Sunday report.

Summer Zervos, who is suing the president, subpoenaed documents from Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign in March that have to do with any women who came forward to allege Trump “touched her inappropriately,” as part of her defamation lawsuit against Trump, Buzzfeed News reported Sunday.

While Zervos filed the subpoena in March, the document only went into court files in September.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“All documents that concern any women who asserted that Donald J. Trump touched her inappropriately, including any basis for Donald J. Trump’s statements that any such woman or women fabricated, created or lied about her/their interactions with him, or were motivated to come forward by fame, or ‘ten minutes of fame,’ money or politics or pressure from the Clinton campaign,” the document requests.

Zervos came forward during the 2016 campaign to accuse Trump of touching her breasts, shoving his genitals against her body, and kissing her without her consent. Trump denied the accusations while campaigning, referring to multiple accusations against him as “lies.” Zervos sued Trump for defamation, arguing she lost money and suffered emotionally because Trump accused her of lying.

Zervos also wants documents from the campaign that deal with her accusations against Trump, on the Access Hollywood tapes and on the statements from various Trump supporters who maintained there was no evidence to justify the multiple accusations from women.

“All documents concerning the Access Hollywood tapes, recorded in 2005, in which Donald J. Trump states ‘And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab them by the pussy. You can do anything.’” the subpoena states.

Trump’s lawyers previously argued that the lawsuit against the president is politically motivated and that the subpoena from Zervos’ lawyer is too “far-reaching.” Trump has until Oct. 31 to respond to the subpoena.

The campaign did not return The Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment in time for publication.

This report, by Amber Randall, was cross posted by arrangement with the Daily Caller News Foundation.
