Keith Lamont Scott, a black man shot to death in an altercation with police in Charlotte, N.C., was killed by a black police officer. Nevertheless, The Daily Caller reports, his brother reduced the problem to a simple — and simplistic — declaration.
In his considered opinion, the problem is that all white people — and especially white police officers — are “f*cking devils.”

“I just know that all white people are f*cking devils,” he said before walking away from reporters. “All white cops are f*cking devils, and white people.”
A post at Heavy adds:
The man did not stop with the devils comment; he is captured in other video interviews making claims about the shooting. WCNC-TV said he identified himself to an NBC reporter as Scott’s brother.
WCNC-TV Charlotte anchor/reporter Tanya Mendis was one of the journalists conducting interviews with him:

“He was waiting on his son to get home from school,” he said in another interview.
The narrative being pushed by many — including Democrat Hillary Clinton — is that Scott was killed by an out-of-control trigger-happy white guy.
But that’s not the case.
The chief has verified that [officer Brentley] Vinson was wearing plainclothes. However, he said Wednesday that officers gave “loud, clear verbal commands which were also heard by many of the witnesses” to Scott to drop the weapon but, according to The Huffington Post, Scott “had re-entered his vehicle and exited again still holding the gun.”
As a result, Charlotte has been turned into a war zone and the National Guard has been called out. Even worse, a gang of black protesters who share the views of Scott’s brother viciously attacked and beat a white man in a parking garage even as the man, a stranger, pleaded for mercy. A video of the beating shows that the assailants enjoyed themselves.
