Obama didn’t stop the oceans from rising, but he did do this (he says)

Obama didn’t stop the oceans from rising, but he did do this (he says)

These are a few of his favorite things: Him, himself, and he. The pronouns all refer to Barack Obama, whose self-adulation is as boundless as it is audacious.

Today, his royalness was in Britain, where he was asked at a townhall to identify what he is most proud of. Now asking Obama to talk about himself is like asking a lifetime member of the philatelic society to describe his collection. You won’t be able to shut either up, but at least the stamp collector will give you factual information.

High among Obama’s achievements, as recorded by Grabien, is “saving the world economy from a Great Depression.” He actually said this. The man who nearly doubled the national debt, adding more in his eight years than all forty-four presidents before him combined, thinks (or claims to think) he brought the entire planet from the brink of financial insolvency.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

What else makes him proud? Obamacare, which he described as “access to high quality health care” to all Americans. Apparently nobody told him that United Health Care, the nation’s largest health insurance provider, has all but left the building. Other market indicators suggest death spiral has already begun.

There’s more if you’re a glutton for punishment. The video is here.
