Earlier today, this space carried the advice that Barack Obama had been named as a Nobel Prize laureate for a second time. At the urgent (and repeated) pleas of reader Kathleen Houston, I rechecked my source, “USA Today,” and realize now I was had. The story was a satire that originated at the fake news site National Report.
