Rapper Azealia Banks: ‘I hate the U.S., white Americans, and conservatives (but love the money I make)’

Here’s hoping she’s not a fan of Starbucks coffee!

In an interview published Monday in Playboy, rapper Azealia Banks declared her hatred for the United States and all the white conservatives in it. Banks made her feelings known when asked if she wants to leave the country.

“Yes!” she exclaimed, pointedly adding:

I hate everything about this country. Like, I hate fat white Americans. All the people who are crunched into the middle of America, the real fat and meat of America, are these racist conservative white people who live on their farms. Those little teenage girls who work at Kmart and have a racist grandma — that’s really America.

She also declared that the criticism she receives on Twitter is about race and claimed the country owes her for grievances already settled by four years of bloody civil war. In one profanity-laced answer, she claimed that the impact of Jim Crow laws and poverty “linger on.” Laughing, she said:

Because y’all [expletive deleted] still owe me reparations! That’s why it’s still about race. Really, the generational effects of Jim Crow and poverty linger on. As long as I have my money, I’m getting the [expletive deleted] out of here and I’m gonna leave y’all to your own devices.

Speaking of money, she has plenty. According to The Richest, her net worth is estimated to be in the neighborhood of $3 $3 million. Which is a very nice neighborhood indeed.

In her rant, she also slammed other rap artists like Pharrell, Kendrick Lamar, and Kanye West. Jay Z, however, managed to win her approval:

In American society, the game is to be a nonthreatening black person. That’s why you have Pharrell or Kendrick Lamar saying, ‘How can we expect people to respect us if we don’t respect ourselves?’ He’s playing that nonthreatening black man sh*t, and that gets all the white soccer moms going, ‘We love him.’

It’s not the first time Banks has made racist statements against white people. In January, she issued a series of tweets calling for “death spells” on police officers and suggested blacks learn to sicken and kill white people without touching them.

Conservative writer Kit Daniels said Banks’s comments are a “testament” to how race-baiters and the Obama administration have divided the country on race. As an example, Daniels cited a school textbook that declares that only white people can be racist.

“STOP,” the textbook screams. “There is no such thing as reverse racism or reverse sexism (or the reverse of any form of oppression). While women can be just as prejudiced as men, women cannot be ‘just as sexist as men’ because they do not hold political, economic and institutional power.”

Hollywood Life said the outspoken rapper isn’t likely to win any new fans with her outrageous rant. While she declares her hatred for America, she obviously loves the money and the attention she’s received so far. Moreover, Jason Brow added, “she probably won’t care” if she wins any new fans or not.
