Former DNC Chair and presidential candidate Howard Dean appeared on MSNBC and tore Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber a new one for thinking the American people were too “stupid” to understand what they were trying to accomplish with the law.
Dean claimed that Obamacare was “put together by a bunch of elitists” who “don’t fundamentally understand the American people.”
