Video: NC investigating Kay Hagan for ‘possible conflict of interest’

According to this morning’s Real Clear Politics average, Kay Hagan, who is defending her seat in the U.S. Senate from North Carolina, remains locked in a dead heat with Republican challenger Thom Tillis. But Fox 46 reports that the incumbent may have another, tougher fight on her hands.

According to the video, Hagan is being asked to explain the quarter million in grant money directed to a company co-owned by Hagan’s husband. Investigators believe this is a conflict of interest.
