Publishing, like politics, is all about timing. To take a hypothetical from the latter, imagine that there was a world leader who declared a group of terrorists to be the “JV team,” then had to contend with the reality of its being more savage and bloodthirsty than any previous organization bent on destroying the west.

As far as we able to divine, the event was an installment in Dallas of a phenomenon that has been making the rounds in the U.S., celebrating the cultures of the Dark Continent. The publication advertises itself as “No. 1 Serving the African-American Community.”
The problem with the headline is, of course, that Dallas is currently attempting to sterilize places where Ebola patient Thomas Duncan visited after returning from Liberia.
