Remember CGI Technologies and Solutions, the original vendor hired by the Obama administration to design its healthcare website? Remember how well that website, healthcare.gov, worked? It turns out the fed wasn’t the only government to get burned by that company. The state of Vermont announced yesterday that it, too, would be ditching CGI, the IT company that designed its website after squandering millions of taxpayer dollars.
