Say, here’s a novel idea. Instead of electing a person to run the country based on qualifications for the job, let’s elect a president based on membership in a “protected class.” After all, in 2008 the nation elected its first black president purely on the basis of his skin color, and look how well that worked out.
So isn’t it high time we elected our first woman president? That seems to be the prevailing view among students at George Washington University, who are asked about the prospect of a President Hillary Clinton in this video from PJTV:
