Video: Albuquerque VA assigned patients to doctors no longer on staff

Details, details. A report by NBC (h/t Right Scoop) notes that the now-infamous Albuquerque VA (that’s the one that allowed 40 veterans to die while awaiting treatment, then fudged the records) also assigned patients to doctors who were either no longer seeing patients or no longer employed by the hospital.
