Apparently, an Indiana woman didn’t know how to bake or was fresh out of tools that would saw through metal bars. That would be as good an explanation as any for why Jodi Roberts, of Wabash Valley, instead forced her 9-year-old daughter to strip naked and pose for erotic shots so that Roberts could send the dirty pictures to her fiancé, who is in the slammer.
The MailOnline reports that Roberts was arrested and is facing a federal charge of conducting a performance harmful to minors. A gas station cashier, she is due to appear in court, though a date has not yet been set.
Roberts’s actions were discovered when prison guards opened a letter addressed to her fiancé Jeremiah LaMaster and found the disgusting photos inside. Lamaster, who was previously convicted of reckless homicide and is known as a repeat offender, is being held on $100,000 bail at Vigo County Jail.
Maybe his girlfriend’s judge will show leniency and give them adjoining cells once she is convicted — his and hers.
There is no word meanwhile on who is caring for the child. Roberts also appears to have a young son.
