Black Livestreamer Invokes Karmelo Anthony’s Name In Violent Assault On Random White Man

By William Buckley

Video footage shows a black man assaulting a white man for being on “jury selection” for the Karmelo Anthony case, even though the white man was 1,000 miles away from the courthouse where the trial took place.

The confrontation took place in Jacksonville, Florida. The Karmelo Anthony trial took place in Collin County, Texas. It is unclear in why the assailant saw the victim as being involved in the Karmelo Anthony case, given how far away the trial took place.

In the video circulating on social media, a black man riding a bike approaches a bus stop. The black man, who is filming the video, gets off his bike and approaches a white man sitting on the ground. The man holding the camera asks, “Hey, weren’t you on jury selection?” before punching the other in the face. A woman standing nearby then gets between them and yells, “No, no, he wasn’t, seriously!” The man who was punched exclaims in pain and is yelling in the background.

The black man then gets back on his bike, continuing, “Yes, he was on jury selection.” The woman then tells the assailant, “He’s a vet dude, he’s a vet, was never on jury selection.” The black man then declares, “You gonna die.” The victim then yells, “Get your f**k a** home.” The black man then begins riding away on his bike, while continuing to claim the victim was involved in “jury selection.”

The attacker continues yelling, stating, “Not for Anthony, not for Karmelo Anthony?” The shouting between the parties continues. The assailant ends the video by saying, “Oh my b-, I thought you was on jury selection for Karmelo Anthony.”

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office told the Daily Caller that they are “aware of the incident,” and that it is under active investigation. The Sheriff’s Office is working to identify all involved parties. As it is an active investigation, they could not provide any more details at this time.

The video was posted on an account under the name of Combak KidLilBoe. His account shows him posing with large stacks of money in various environments. He also recently posted a photo showing a woman pretending to urinate on Austin Metcalf’s grave, with the caption “rest in pissess.” (RELATED: Here Are The Most Heinous And Absurd Remarks Made After Black Teen Convicted Of Murdering White High Schooler)

The attack comes on the heels of Karmelo Anthony being sentenced to 35 years in prison for the murder of Austin Metcalf. Anthony was found guilty, with proponents of the convicted murderer claiming the jury selection process was racist. The final jury was composed of white, asian, and Hispanic members. There have been several protests and riots in the aftermath of the verdict.

Karmelo Anthony stabbed Metcalf in the heart. The two had a brief dispute, with Metcalf asking Anthony, who was from a different school, to leave his team’s tent. Anthony reached into his backpack and pulled out a knife before fatally stabbing Metcalf, who died in his twin brother’s arms. Multiple witnesses in the tent where Metcalf was stabbed testified for the prosecution that Anthony refused repeated requests to leave and escalated the dispute. “Karmelo put his hand in the bag and said five times, ‘Touch me and see what happens.’ Austin said he’s not going to touch this guy. He was calm,” one witness recounted.

Some prospective black jurors indicated that they wouldn’t be willing to convict Karmelo Anthony even if he were guilty. “I don’t know if I feel right putting a brother in jail,” one said. Prospective black jurors were not chosen for the jury “because they admitted during voir dire that they didn’t think they could send a black man to jail. They admitted that they could not follow the evidence if it pointed to a guilty verdict.”

A black crowd gathered outside the Collin County Courthouse to support Karmelo Anthony. There was a “tense scene in and around Collin County Courthouse. More than 2 dozen deputies outside the courtroom alone. Outside a crowd” chanted “‘Free Karmelo.’”
