Hillary Clinton’s first post-political job

Hillary Clinton’s first post-political job

Famous people who are down on their luck sometimes tend to do extreme things just to stay in the spotlight.

Take two-time loser and failed politician Hillary Clinton. She has twice now hinted that she is planning to make a comeback — once in January, and again in March. But so far that seems to be little more than wishful thinking for the former first lady turned U.S. senator turned Secretary of State turned presidential candidate.

Maybe politics is on the cards for her as she enters the latest phase of her ever-changing career … as a shoe model.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Indeed, it appears Clinton has been reduced to hawking shoes for singer Katy Perry, who designed a specific line just for women determined to walk a mile in Hillary’s shoes. In fact, the name of the product line is “The Hillary.”

Perry posted a candid image of Clinton to her social media account on Monday night featuring the career politician beaming into the camera with arms outspread so as to draw the eye to her new kicks (a pro touch).

If the shoe fits… (Image via Instagram)

According to Perry’s website, the shoes Clinton is shown modeling are described as “millenial-pink” — apparently “septuagenarian-pink” doesn’t quite roll off the tongue — and retail for $139, or roughly 0.05% of what Hillary makes per speech.
