Trump Derangement Syndrome reaches fever pitch among screeching class

Not only did Donald Trump knowingly and with malice aforethought invite (nay, beg!) his BFF, Vladimir Putin, to hack the presidential election and tamper with votes once they were cast. He also had a hand in the Lindbergh baby kidnapping, despite the fact he wouldn’t be born himself for another 14 years.

It’s not just the usual dimwitted suspects who are filing out of the woodwork either. (The women of “The View,” as a case in point, are now suggesting that Trump — whom they speculated last week might be mentally ill — should “step down” before his inauguration.)

It’s also liberal commentators like Keith Olbermann (whose Twitter photo now hilariously shows him wrapped in an American flag). In a video posted at GQ, the former MSNBC host declares that the U.S. is “at war with Russia” and that Trump is “their puppet.”

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Then there’s the redoubtable septuagenarian, [score]Harry Reid[/score], here to inform the American people that Trump was “in on” the hacking. In an interview with the Huffington Post, Reid said:

Someone in the Trump campaign organization was in on the deal. I have no doubt. Now, whether they told [Trump] or not, I don’t know. I assume they did. But there is no question about that[?]. So there is collusion there, clearly.

Imagine for a moment that Hillary Clinton had won the election (yes, I know, liberals are claiming that she did) and evidence arose that the family foundation that bears her name had received hefty cash donations from shady players on the world stage. Suppose, for example, she had received up to $25 million from Saudi Arabia, $10 million from Kuwait, and $5 million from Qatar. Can you imagine how differently Democrats would act in such an improbable eventuality?
