Here’s the ISIS recruitment video Hillary might have been thinking about

“Hell no.” That, ABC News reports, is the terse reaction of a spokesman for Hillary Clinton.

The statement was in response to a demand by Donald Trump that she apologize for her so-far-unsubstantiated claim in Saturday’s Democratic debate in New Hampshire that ISIS is “showing videos of Donald Trump insulting Islam and Muslims in order to recruit more radical jihadists.”

In the meantime, a video has surfaced that does show ISIS using American politicians as a recruitment tool — just not the pol Hillary had in mind.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The money portion of the clip, which is narrated in English, begins around 00:47.

Hillary may want to pause at 00.49, which offers a screen-filling image of a figure she knows well. She may also want to prick her ears for the narrated description of that individual as a “fornicator.”

The video, which runs a little over four minutes, is worth watching in its entirety since, as Weasel Zippers points out, it states definitively ISIS’s motivations:

They want to kill us, because they believe that is their religious duty and their mission. It would not matter what we did or said.

Speaking of interesting videos, Jeff Dunetz has a piece at his blog, The Lid, that contains an interview Clinton gave to ABC’s Sam Donaldson the Sunday after the 9/11 attacks. Pay close attention to her answer to Donaldson’s question about whether the tighter security she was calling for included profiling. Comparing the position she espouses to her current one provides some insight into who she is as a person and a prospective national leader.
