Sex, lies, and videotape. Rachel Dolezal’s, whose 15 minutes should have expired weeks ago, is back, this time claiming that her ex-husband, Kevin Moore, forced her against her will to participate in a homemade sex tape.
According to the Daily Mail, Dolezal claimed in court papers that Moore (who is black) kept her as a virtual prisoner in the home they shared, coercing her into performing sexual acts with him while a camera rolled. Moore, 37, denies the allegations, insisting they are part of a plot to deny him access to their young son, Franklin.
Dolezal married Moore, a physical therapist, in March 2000, but their marriage ended five years later in a bitter court battle. During the divorce proceedings, which were acrimonious, Dolezal said she had suffered “years” of “physical, emotional, sexual and verbal abuse” at Moore’s hands.
Dolezal’s evidence referred to ‘video tape made at the request of the defendant which required the plaintiff to participate in sexual acts with the defendant on tape against the plaintiff’s desires’.
She also claimed to have suffered ‘pushing, hair pulling and forcible restraint’, according to the papers filed in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho, where Moore still lives.
In the end, Moore was found by the court to be a responsible father who posed no threat to his son. He was awarded joint custody of the child, who is now 13.
While no images or video from the alleged sex tapes have been recovered, Barstool Sports writes that Dolezal did pose for a semi-nude photoshoot, from which the image below was extracted.
