Michael Moore blames Brian Williams scandal on (envelope, please) George W. Bush

Barack Obama hasn’t blamed George W. Bush in a while for the ills of the world, but that’s probably because the economy has finally begun to rebound — if despite, rather than because of, Obama’s meddling. But that doesn’t mean the “blame Bush” mantra has fallen totally out of favor. Liberal “filmmaker” Michael Moore evoked it again several days ago, opining on his Facebook page that Bush, along with Dick Cheney and Condoleezza Rice, should be held accountable for (wait for it) beleaguered NBC news anchor Brian Williams having lied!

Still clinging to the tired narrative that Bush lied the U.S. into a war on Iraq on the false premise that Saddam Hussein harbored WMDs, Moore entered the public fray for the first time since his slandering of war hero Chris Kyle:

It’s fascinating to hear Moore talk lecture us about integrity. Here’s a guy who is filthy rich (emphasis on filthy) and complains incessantly about other people getting rich through evil capitalism. He doesn’t merely drink the progressive Kool-Aid; he manufactures it.
