Tweet of the Day: CBS station accidentally posts link to porn site in weather forecast

Now for the weather. Expect to be hot and bothered after you visit the link posted in a tweet by CBS affiliate WREG, which took users to a porn site, Pornhub, instead of the weather.

Inquistr explains:

The verified Twitter handle must have been manned by someone that was sniffing around on the x-rated porn site prior to tweeting about the interactive radar, if the link is evidence enough — and in our opinion it is.

After becoming aware of the embarrassing error, WREG tweeted:

But the story doesn’t end there. As Inquisitr notes, the station attempted to write off the mistake as an instance of hacking and not the work of a clueless intern:
