The tweet is by Dan Williams, a correspondent for Reuters, who quotes the official Hamas television network, Al-Aqsa TV, which yesterday broadcast a video encouraging Palestinians to dress up as ultra-Orthodox Jews to carry out suicide bombings within Israel.
