Given his penchant for commemorating just about everything with photos of Himself, it has to be no surprise that President Obama did just that on Wednesday to congratulate the U.S. soccer team for a “great World Cup run.”

As always, the photo depicts POTUS in the very act of making his commemorative gesture.
