Somehow, you get the distinct sense that Andy Andrews, father of 2nd Lt. Darryn Andrews who was killed hunting for Bowe Bergdahl after he deserted his unit, is never going to “feel the love” the president openly displayed toward Bergdahl’s parents:

Then again, according to Obama’s strange calculus, a soldier who deserts his unit is a hero, deserving of special commendation, while a soldier who makes the ultimate sacrifice while trying to rescue the deserter does not.
