An item at the Blaze notes that Barack Obama was greeted by a chant Saturday by the crowd at an NCAA basketball tournament game in College Park, Md. He was there, the article further observes, to cheer on his niece Leslie Robinson, who plays for Princeton, which is also his wife’s alma mater.
But the chant — “Four more years! Four more years!” — was apparently a source of embarrassment for Obama, who knows enough about the U.S. Constitution to have heard of the 22nd Amendment, which sets a two-term limit on presidents.
Hearing the chant, a smiling Obama tossed a gaze to the vocal portion of the crowd and immediately invoked the “cut it out” gesture, slicing his hand in front of his neck….
The chant wasn’t lost on reporters gathered for the proceedings:
AND the Princeton student section just got a “4 MORE YEARS!!! 4 MORE YEARS!!!” chant going for Obama. Not legal but…he enjoyed

No third term: Princeton student body chanted “Four More Years!” at Obama after he waved. He then smiled and drew his hand across this neck.

It is entirely possible, of course, that these Ivy Leaguers are aware of the 22nd Amendment as well and were simply expressing their fervent wish that Obama — having done such a stellar job in a term and a half — work at repealing the term-limits amendment so he can run for a third.
Besides, if Obama were going to have the presence of mind to be embarrassed about something, it should have been at electing to watch women’s basketball.
