He’s now provided enough material to fill two sixty-minute blooper reels and he’s nowhere close to stopping. If it’s not immigrants from India (in 2008 he observed, “You “cannot go to a 7-Eleven or Dunkin’ Donuts [in Delaware] unless you have a slight Indian accent), it’s gays. In 2020, he said to CNN’s Anderson Cooper:
The point is they [gays] are not afraid now to stand up and say, because guess what? We learn. Our brothers, our sisters, our — the girl we went out with in high school, the guy you know, no, I’m serious. Think about it. The idea it’s normal. It’s normalized. It’s not anything strange. It’s not strange. That’s the generic point. And the more people know that, the more they understand it. Remember, Anderson, back 15, 20 years ago we talked about this in San Francisco was all about, well, gay bath houses. It’s all about around the clock sex. Come on, man. The only problem with Biden’s continuing to offer up his “deep thoughts” is that now he is at least nominally the leader of the free world. What off-the-cuff observation is he going to make to a powerful peer that is going to trigger World War III?
