Now that they got their candidate elected, the media no longer have anything to hide from the American people. They are free to report that Joe Biden’s profligate son Hunter is under investigation by the Justice Department, which is actually not news at all. The president-elect’s son has been under investigation since 2018. Even the latest installment of the Hunter Biden saga — the “bombshell” that he is the focus of a federal tax inquiry — is but the tip of the iceberg according to Politico, which writes:
[A] person with firsthand knowledge of the investigation said that, as of early last year, investigators in Delaware and Washington were also probing potential money laundering and Hunter Biden’s foreign ties. The person spoke on the condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to discuss the matter publicly.
So will the media now introduce the American public to the full cast of characters? Will they now meet whistleblower Tony Bobulinski, whom they paid lip service to in late October, dismissing him as “a partisan hack”? Will Joe Q. Public finally get to read the emails in which Hunter Biden discusses introducing Chinese investors to the “Big Guy” or “my Chairman,” both references to his father?
It won’t make any difference if they do. The die is cast. The only question to be asked now is would it have made a difference in the outcome of the election if the media had done its job. According to a survey conducted days after the election, the answer to that question is an unequivocal yes. A poll conducted by McLaughlin & Associates on behalf of the Media Research Center, conducted by McLaughlin & Associates, revealed:
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
36 percent of Biden voters were NOT aware of the evidence linking Joe Biden to corrupt financial dealings with China through his son Hunter. Thirteen percent of these voters (or 4.6% of Biden’s total vote) say that had they known these facts, they would not have voted for the former Vice President.
Such a shift away from Biden would have meant President Trump would have won the election with 289 electoral votes.
Democrats insist the election was not stolen. These data suggest otherwise.
