The woman who was arrested in connection with burning down an Atlanta Wendy’s where Rayshard Brooks died was released on bond Wednesday.

Natalie White, 29, has been released from the Fulton County Jail after being charged with first-degree arson, according to local sheriff’s logs. White — who had a personal relationship with Brooks, her lawyer said — left the pre-trial holding on a $10,000 bond, CNN reported.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

She was arrested on Tuesday in connection with the fire after photos of her surfaced online.

White’s lawyer, Drew Findling, said the inferno started without his client present.

“This was a fully engaged fire. You can see people that are literally throwing what looks like molotov cocktails in long before she’s even involved,” Findling told CNN.

Brooks died during a DUI investigation on June 12 after he broke loose from police detainment, allegedly stole an officer’s taser, and fired it at law enforcement in pursuit, video showed.

Former officer Garrett Rolfe was charged with felony murder in addition to 10 other charges a few days after Brooks died. Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said that “Mr. Brooks never presented himself as a threat” in a press conference when the charges were announced, according to The Daily Beast.
