If you thought that Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s hypocrisy ended with her public relations tour of San Francisco’s Chinatown to quell fears of COVID-19 early in the pandemic before much about the virus was understood, think again.
As Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk points out in this video posted to Twitter, Pelosi refuses to reopen the House of Representatives over concerns about social distancing. Yet, here she is, walking among a crowd of protesters over the death of George Floyd, hardly maintaining a safe distance away from them. Let me get this straight:
Nancy Pelosi won’t let Congress get back to work because of a lack of social distancing
…Yet she’s walking around in massive protests?
Why are we still paying her salary if this is how she spends her time?

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Pelosi is not the only politician guilty of a double standard with regard to protests and the risk of spreading the virus. New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, who has imposed the most draconian of constraints on his constituents over the last few months, suddenly has no problem with residents who are quite cheek-to-cheek as they march and congregate in his city.
