This story offers proof positive that for every obscene action, there is an opposite and equally obscene reaction.

As you undoubtedly have read by now, the Democrats managed to flip the state of Virginia. As Hans Bader reported last week, the handwriting was on the wall. Pundits were forecasting that progressive Democrats were likely to control the legislature of a southern state for the first time in U.S. history.

One of yesterday’s winners on the local front was Juli Briskman, who according to CNN Wire (via Fox 61) won her race to become supervisor for the Algonkian District in Loudoun County, Va. And who, you’re asking, is Juli Briskman?

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

She achieved minor notoriety just over two years ago when a photographer covering the president’s motorcade just happened to press the shutter as Briskman, who was riding a bike alongside the president’s limo, flipped him off. The motorcade was on its back to the White House from Trump’s golf course in Sterling, Va.

The snapshot went viral, and Briskman was forced to resign from her job as a marketing executive over the photo.

Having nowhere to go but further down, share announced in September 2018 that she was running for local office as “the cyclist who flipped off Trump’s motorcade.”

“Today, I am filing my organizational papers in a bid for local office in Loudoun County, Va. Loudoun deserves transparency in government, fully funded schools & smarter solutions to growth,” she said. “It’s time for a change.”

“My finger said what I was feeling,” Briskman said at the time. “I’m angry and I’m frustrated.”

Yesterday it was voters’ turn to speak, and they elected Briskman.

Brinksman’s story should serve as an inspiration to the two Hispanic children — aged 10 to 12 — gave the middle finger to cars of Trump supporters in 2016.

If you were wondering how far Trump Derangement Syndrome can take a person in life, here’s your answer.
