Sanders’s modest proposal for world overpopulation? Forced mass abortions in third world

Unlike Joe Biden, who removes his foot from his mouth only long enough to insert the other foot, Bernie Sanders is the 77-year-old Democratic candidate still in control of his mental faculties. When he says something outrageous it’s  because he means to say something outrageous. You’ll never catch the Vermont socialist saying things like “Poor kids are just as bright, just as talented as white kids,” one of Biden’s recent slips. Instead, Bernie will advocate the funding of mass abortions for poor, third world countries — and he’ll mean it.

Here he is, at CNN’s seven-hour “climate crisis” town hall for Democratic candidates on Wednesday. In the video clip from the event that follows, an audience member asks Sanders to weigh in on the subject of population growth.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Sanders’s answer, which touches on all the hot-button issues — climate change, abortion, and overpopulation of the planet — includes the declaration that “Women in the United States of America … have the right to control their own bodies,” which is greeted with applause.

That’s all well and good, but what about the rest of the world? The U.S., after all, with its 327.2 million people comprises only a small fraction of the world’s total population of 7.53 billion. What about other countries? Sanders has an answer for that, too.

I think especially in poor countries around the world where women do not necessarily want to have large numbers of babies and where they can have the opportunity through birth control to control the number of kids they have is something I very, very strongly support. (RELATED: Bernie Sanders: Poor whites ‘were given ‘n****rs’ to hate and look down on’)

The key word in the above quote is necessarily. What if women in these poor countries do want to have large families, or what if their religion prevents them from using birth control? Does the “state,” whatever that means, step in?

Despite the Left’s affection for equating Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler, they are increasingly revealing themselves to be much more deserving of that comparison. Hitler not only approved of mass extermination of certain races but acted on it. He was also a big fan of gun control.
