Buckle in for the most frighteningly Orwellian thing to come along in some time. In this video, which is making the rounds on Twitter (h/t Twitter user Nat Shupe), local news teams affiliated with the three major networks address the menace that has come to be known as “fake news.”
Each team, when seen in isolation by viewers in their broadcast range, comes off as conscientious journalists sharing their heartfelt views about this problem whose ostensible roots they lay bare. But when their message is seen in the context of this video, you get a chilling glimpse of the man behind the curtain who has really been manipulating the free press to promote his own left-wing political narrative.
