If you are a reader of the adventures of Captain America, the Marvel Comics superhero, you have met the captain’s newest enemy … and it is you.
Following the latest trend in action comics — which is a celebration of all things and causes liberal, from the Occupy movement to LGBT rights — the cartoonists over at Marvel have devised a diabolical villain called the Sons of the Serpent, a terrorist organization whose raison d’etre is to (wait for it!) stop illegal immigrants from sneaking across the border.
Sooo … not only are people who violate U.S. sovereignty by stealing into the country by the dark of night not criminals; the citizens who would uphold the laws of the land are!
And no less a hero than Captain America is going to defend the illegals against the conservative scourge.
At the very least, Marvel ought to consider changing his name to Captain Democrat.
